Job Summary

 We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Owner to join our team and drive the development of our digital products. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, ensuring the product aligns with business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in Agile environments, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

•  Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, user feedback, and market research. 
• Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap to stakeholders and development teams.
•  Collaborate with senior leadership to align product vision with company strategy.

 2. Agile Execution 

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the Scrum/development team.
•  Write clear, detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence.
•  Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery. 

3. Stakeholder & User Collaboration

•  Gather and analyze feedback from users, customers, and internal teams to refine product features.
•  Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to validate product decisions. 
• Present product updates and key metrics to executives and cross-functional teams.
