Responsibilities
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on roadmaps, timelines, and business goals.
- Work closely with Development team to assess technical feasibility and estimate effort.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and clarify features.
- Ensure deliverables align with user needs and company objectives

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, prioritized technical requirements.
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Technically literate able to communicate effectively with developers.
- Familiarity with UX/UI tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- CSPO, PSPO, or other Agile certification.
- Experience with both mobile and web-based products
