Job Description
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Set clear sales goals, monitor individual and team KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings to review progress, share updates, and align on objectives.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to develop team members’ selling, technical, and communication skills.
- Support team members in high-value deals by attending key client meetings and assisting with complex negotiations.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies for new client acquisition and existing account growth.
- Monitor sales activity through CRM tools and provide detailed reports and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical departments to align sales efforts with campaigns, product launches, and market demands.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring client feedback and addressing escalated concerns.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development planning.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Ensure both personal and team sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Actively support the sales team in closing high-value or complex deals and take full responsibility for overseeing payment collection and ensuring timely financial settlement.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and evaluations for team members to guide development and improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical product sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, meet sales targets, and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative and motivational approach.
- Proven consultative selling and negotiation skills, especially in solution-based or technical sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting, forecasting, and CRM proficiency.
- Willingness to travel as needed for site visits, customer meetings, and field support.
