Job Description
- Working for developing (threads, labels) needed items for SMS.
- Open PA for SMS.
- Follow up LD for Production.
- Follow up the fit cycles up to PP approvals (Follow up samples)
- Open 1st PA for Production.
- Catalogue all labels, Heat seals & elastics.
- Follow up HO50 to develop threads.
- Developing thread and CAD stickers and all other related trims.
- Filling supplier form & Catalogue RFID stickers.
- Developing all the packaging items (poly bag, cartons, carton sheets, corners, paper sheets, stickers, clips, tapes).
- Catalogue all the items after approval (thread, Cad stickers, poly bag, cartons, carton sheets, corners, paper sheets, stickers, clips, tapes).
- After receiving the buy open destinations on PA.
- Sending all the UPC with right format & data for all destination/colour/style/size to develop UPC.
- Receiving Acc. Sheet & amend all packing & folding method
- After amending the ACC sheet send it to customer to take approval for folding & shipping mark.
- Making folding methods as per Buyer advice
- Making garment tests
- Follow up the fabric tests
- Developing all care label / box stickers for above destinations
- Making masters for (Elastic, labels, HS , thread, Cad stickers, boxes, & any another new items).
- Follow up the problems of trims & give approval or rejection.
- Make rejection form for all rejects items & send it to the supplier to replace the reject Qty.
- Making UPC format sheet for the factory to follow it up.
- Making shipping mark sheet for all destinations to follow it.
- Sending packing instruction to the factory.
- Making packing masters for all styles to follow the approved folding.
- Sending to the factory garment arrangement sheet to can pack it correctly without fail.
- Follow up with factory any problems happened during production & try to solve it.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2 - 4 years in a similar position in a textile company is a must.
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Excellent English Skills.
- Excellent follow up & analytical skills.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Strong computer skills
