Job Description

  • Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and be able to locate and retrieve information from files as directed.
  • Develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials.
  • Prepare archival records, such as document descriptions, to allow easy access to information.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements & standards.
  • Meet all requirements/duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in office administration & archiving.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Very good spoken & written English language.
