Job Description
- Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and be able to locate and retrieve information from files as directed.
- Develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials.
- Prepare archival records, such as document descriptions, to allow easy access to information.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements & standards.
- Meet all requirements/duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- +3 years of experience in office administration & archiving.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Very good spoken & written English language.
