Supply chain coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update supply chain data accurately in SAP system, including purchase orders, shipment details, and inventory records.
• Follow up with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to track order status and delivery timelines.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
• Support in preparing basic reports on shipment status, order discrepancies, and supplier performance.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm order details, shipment schedules, and resolve minor issues.
• Ensure documents related to shipping, receiving, and inventory are properly filed and organized.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely processing of orders and stock updates.
• Comply with company procedures and supply chain policies.
• Use supply chain software or ERP systems to input and retrieve data as needed.
