Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead SEO and SEM efforts to improve search engine rankings, increase visibility, and drive qualified traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and generate detailed reports to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with performance goals.
- Create the annual strategic plan for the use of digital tools, platforms, and advertising technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure proper lead distribution and collect daily feedback to support lead quality optimization.
- Coordinate with the AI-driven call center team to enhance lead handling processes and conversion opportunities.
- Prepare and submit monthly lead feedback reports to assess campaign quality and impact.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to generate monthly financial reports and ensure budget reconciliation and alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on media buying.
- Proven success in running performance-driven digital campaigns, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital ad platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, time management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
