Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist with a creative mindset and real estate experience and executing social media strategies that drive engagement. The ideal candidate is up to date with the latest trends and has a strong background in content planning, paid campaigns, and analytics.

-Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
-Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand tone and business goals.
-Manage social media calendars and coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing team.
-Monitor performance and analyze KPIs to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
-Run and manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms.
-Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
-Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
-Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and management.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns, product launches, and events.
- What we are looking for?
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
-3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in real estate is a must.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid ad management (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
-Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
-Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
