1- Set up, Manage & Run campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and display networks, including budget allocation, bid optimization, and targeting.
2- Continuously test and optimize ad
creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to improve campaign
performance.
3- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
- Interest in following advertising and media trends
- Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Real Estate Background Is A Must
