Job Description
- Managing the ITSM system and making configurations and its data analysis
- Analysis and design for making IT operation comply with general policies and industry standards
- Review compliance with internal regulations
- Reviewing all relevant programs and activities affected by industry regulations, including records, reports, and software
- Analyzing potential risks within the company and its practices to avoid possible compliance issues
- Following up and validating IT service catalog against ITSM
- Making analytics reports for all ITSM data
