Job Description
- Control buying local materials (automotive material, Maintenance spare parts, Consumables) to secure needed resources to ensure the company is supplied with the required items in proper times, good conditions, and reasonable prices to keep running production line achieving production plan.
- Cascade all policies & procedures related to the local purchasing department to his subordinates.
- Searching for alternative suppliers for maintenance spare parts, consumables and Negotiation & analyze materials, spare parts, consumables prices with local suppliers to obtain the best prices.
- Manage with finance all financial problems that suppliers face in order to maintain the supply of material smoothly to production lines.
- Manage supplier’s payments.
- Prepare all local purchasing reports to Top Management.
- Execute the acquisition process for plant goods in compliance with contractual conditions by suppliers.
Job Requirements
- FMCG background.
