Job Description
- Prepare annual training plan/induction programmers for new staff.
- Communicate with all departments to notify them of new recruits to do the necessary training.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all mandatory training programs implemented and receive evidence.
- Propose and implement the training budget on a yearly basis
- The rehabilitation and upgrading of staff/develop staff skills.
- Identifies training needs and implementing plans and programmers for rehabilitation and training.
- Following the results of studies on management development and training.
- Preparation of work plans for the activities of the section.
- Following the evaluation of the individual performance of the enterprise and offers recommendations based on results.
- Conduct internal training session.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management or related field.
- 1- 2 years experience.
- background in other HR functions.
- Very good command of English
