Job Description

Job Summary: 

As a Training Specialist at Nebras Technology, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions by providing expert training and support to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering tailored training programs, conducting follow-up sessions, and collaborating closely with our customer to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive training materials and resources tailored to the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
  2. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both onsite and virtually, to educate users on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our software.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to stay updated on product enhancements and new releases.
  4. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients through follow-up sessions, Q&A sessions, and troubleshooting assistance to address any questions or issues that may arise.
  5. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the effectiveness of our training programs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to ensure alignment of training objectives with business goals.
  7. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through metrics and KPIs, and make recommendations for adjustments and improvements as needed.
  8. Assist in the development of training-related documentation, including user guides, manuals, and tutorials, to support self-paced learning and ongoing reference.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams regarding client training needs, requirements, and feedback.

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 0 to 3 years 
     
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command in English "Written MUST".
  • Ability to handle customers over phone or face to face.
