Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administrate  employees Medical  programs
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Update HR policies throughout the organization Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  •  Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures
  • Creating job descriptions & job requirements (if needed).
  • Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions job requirements.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of  3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable
  • HR certificate is a plus.
