Responsibilities
- Administrate employees Medical programs
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Update HR policies throughout the organization Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
- Assist in the development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures
- Creating job descriptions & job requirements (if needed).
- Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions job requirements.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable
- HR certificate is a plus.
