Key Requirements for the main responsibilities:
To be responsible for the medical insurance, Banks’ accounts, Premium card, and other benefits provided to clients.
- Contracting with the best service provider at the level of quality and the price, starting from following the renewal dates and receiving offers to the completion of the contracting procedures.
- Can follow up on the requests of clients from medical insurance providers, banks, etc. and make sure from its quality and timing.
- Makes periodic reports in time accurately and perfectly
- He can follow the refunds and get the best services.
- Follow-up monthly payments to service providers
- Follow-up collections from clients
- Communicate with clients and service providers to resolve any problems immediately
