Job Description
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Contribute ideas and content to enhance the company's employer brand through various channels.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR field.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
