Job Description
• Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and BOQs based on project specifications.
• Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure proper implementation of project details.
• Follow up on project schedules and update project progress reports.
• Review and revise shop drawings and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide solutions to site challenges.
• Participate in value engineering and cost control activities.
• Prepare and review as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to clarify any design discrepancies.
• Ensure all technical documentation is properly archived and updated.
• Support tendering team by providing accurate take-off quantities and technical inputs
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Faculty of Engineering or Fine Arts.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in technical office work, preferably in construction and finishing projects.
• Proficient in the following software:
AutoCAD – 3D Max – Revit – Shop Drawings – Cut Hits
• Strong experience in preparing detailed and executive drawings.
• Proven experience in Counting quantities for business items ,
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation , Write reports
