Job Description
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Manage job postings.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews and assessments using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must English Level is B2 OR C1.
