Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the telesales team responsible for managing and selling real estate projects to foreign clients, including Gulf and international investors. The role involves supervising telesales agents, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring target achievement while maintaining excellent client service
Manage and oversee the telesales team dedicated to foreign clients.
- Develop scripts, objection handling techniques, and follow-up strategies customized for foreign investors.
- Coordinate with marketing and indirect sales teams to align lead generation and deal closing processes.
- Monitor team KPIs and report progress to upper management.
- Train agents on international client handling, negotiation skills, and cultural communication etiquette.
- Ensure CRM and lead management systems are accurately updated.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or Sales Manager.
Experience dealing with foreign clients, especially Gulf countries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Business English proficiency.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
