- Lead all aspects of Carpet Manufacturing, from Planning to Shipping, ensuring goals are achieved efficiently.
- Manage a diverse team, including production workers, supervisors, and engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in carpet manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 7+ years in carpet manufacturing, with at least 3 years as a Carpet Factory Manager.
- Proven success in team management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of Production Processes, Quality Control, and Safety.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
