Developing 'BrainLifts' to elevate AI capabilities and guide strategic decisions with deep domain insights.
Driving rapid, data-driven product iterations to achieve targeted business outcomes.
Gaining and applying domain expertise to enhance decision-making and communication within the team.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Engaging in prolonged feature development cycles; our focus is on swift weekly releases.
Drafting exhaustive PRDs or getting bogged down in backlog management.
Crafting technical solutions or delving into software architecture.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
The payment period is weekly.
