Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures (e.g., job application, interview formats, assessments, requisitions)
- Search and enforce new sourcing methods to find calibers.
- Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting tools for the employment operation.
- Suggest ways to improve the employer's branding and process the transformation to a talent acquisition approach.
- Research the best job advertising techniques.
- Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods and techniques.
- Attend and participates in career events and job fairs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
- Follow up with the recruitment team and report on its performance
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Design and implement overall recruitment & talent acquisition strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. MBA/CIPD is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a seniority/managerial recruitment role for a minimum of 4 years.
- Exceptional team management and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
- Proficiency in English
