Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures (e.g., job application, interview formats, assessments, requisitions)
  • Search and enforce new sourcing methods to find calibers.
  • Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting tools for the employment operation.
  • Suggest ways to improve the employer's branding and process the transformation to a talent acquisition approach.
  • Research the best job advertising techniques.
  • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods and techniques.
  • Attend and participates in career events and job fairs.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
  • Follow up with the recruitment team and report on its performance
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Design and implement overall recruitment & talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. MBA/CIPD is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a seniority/managerial recruitment role for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Exceptional team management and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
  • Proficiency in English
