Job Description
- Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
- Evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Arranging with internal BD and Operations Team and maintaining strong supplier relations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Good in Microsoft Office (specially Excel and Power Point)
