Job Description
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
- Conduct negotiations with the suppliers, ensuring that the items meet the required specifications.
- Monitor and track orders to guarantee on-time delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Accurately manage and input order details, including vendor information, quantities, and prices, into our internal databases.
- Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
- Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.
- Proactively monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- (3-6) years of working experience in the same field.
- Experience in IT purchasing is a must.
- Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
- Strong communication, Negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional degree in using Microsoft office kit.
