Job Description

  • Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
  • Conduct negotiations with the suppliers, ensuring that the items meet the required specifications.
  • Monitor and track orders to guarantee on-time delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Accurately manage and input order details, including vendor information, quantities, and prices, into our internal databases.
  • Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
    • Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
  • Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.
  • Proactively monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • (3-6) years of working experience in the same field.
  • Experience in IT purchasing is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
  • Strong communication, Negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional degree in using Microsoft office kit.
