Job Description
Proactively seek out and secure new clients in the manufacturing sector and other industries in need of labor outsourcing and payroll services. Identify target markets and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets. Research market trends and client needs to offer solutions that align with their business goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Present and explain the company’s labor outsourcing and payroll services to potential clients, offering customized solutions that address their specific operational needs, such as workforce flexibility and payroll efficiency.
Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to secure business.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure the successful implementation of services once a contract is secured. Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Identify opportunities for new services or improvements in current offerings to better meet client needs.
Track and report on sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to measure performance against targets.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or contract renewals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the labor outsourcing, staffing, or payroll services industry. Experience working with manufacturing clients is a plus.
Proven track record in B2B sales with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to present solutions and proposals to senior management and decision-makers.
Ability to work independently, with a self-driven attitude towards achieving sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
