Job Description

  • Supervise facilities services, maintenance activities and ensure these  operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Implement processes to ensure smooth supply of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment in proper working condition.
  • Responsible for catering services, gardening services, cleaning services and contracted manpower for administration services.
  • Supervise company owned and contracted vehicles to ensure smooth employee transportation services. Manage company drivers
  • Supervise security and safety services to be in compliance with approved procedures and local regulations.
