Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of building and scaling strong digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and SEM, as well as strong knowledge in managing paid campaigns for premium beauty and personal care brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, SEO campaigns, and paid advertising across multiple platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution: strategy, budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Drive strong ROI through innovative marketing techniques and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment with the brand’s identity.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous growth.
Job Requirements
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in beauty, skincare, or personal care brands). • Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Analytics tools. • Experience in social media paid campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta). • Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns with measurable results. • Ability to design and execute multi-channel strategies for brand growth. • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
