Job Description

  • Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, Mainly for Blue Collars.
  • Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
  • Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate's qualifications.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Find new sources for hiring bulk employees
  • Plan, organize & attending open days of hiring (inside / outside of company)
  • Handle administrative duties and record-keeping
  • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment (blue Collar).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Planning & Organizing Skills
  • Good Knowledge of English.
  • Experience in blue collars is a must
  • Flexible
  • Has the ability to achieve goals and work under pressure.
  • Having own resources to hire blue collars in different levels.
