Job Description
• Create and modify the Autodesk families
• Assist supervisors in aggregating, models, as per project requirements
• Understand the discipline systems and trades
• Follow strictly company, BIM standards and quality required standards for all
deliverables
• Actively develops research activities on technology engineering fields.
• Provide advice and direction on projects whereby BIM technologies are utilized
• Understand, promote, and implement virtual design and construction processes and
technologies
• Educate support project teams about BIM and the benefits of virtual design and
construction
• Provide insight into new time saving methodologies
• Solve the problems occurred with the technical team
• Determine team training needs, and organize training if needed
• Create project delivery output from assembled files matching all international BIM
standards
• Reviews models for adherence to project and international BIM standards
• Oversee the development of the content of specific model element to the level of
detail listed for a particular phase of the project
• Assist all team members in BIM process at all stages of the project
• Lead coordination meetings
• Ability to create Dynamo scripts
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling, with a specific focus on structural modeling for comprehensive design-build projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Revit and Dynamo software.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize 3D modulation software platforms.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Knowledge and Understanding
- In-depth understanding of building construction principles, engineering standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience with at least one BIM software platform, with a preference for multi-discipline modeling capabilities.
Abilities and Competencies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a project team.
- Proven ability to successfully contribute to large-scale construction projects.
