Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT senior technical support to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and expertise to internal stakeholders, resolve complex technical issues and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- From 3 to 5 years of Experience is a must.
- Handling advanced technical issues.
-Mentor junior team members and provide training when needed
-troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, printing network, Vware environments and Mac devices.
-Participate in IT infrastructure and systems projects.
- Solid experience with Active Directory administration.
- Strong Problem Solving and communication skills.
