Job Description
Dayra’s team is growing and we need you. We’re looking for a Head of Talent to help us find and hire the right individuals to grow our stellar team.
We’re searching for someone with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience to build our talent department and lead our recruitment process. You will play a central role in shaping the culture and work environment of our company. We’re looking for someone specialised in human resources/ people operations, filling positions fast, and most importantly a good attitude. Previous experience in a tech company is a plus.
Job Description:
- Translate Dayra’s business strategy and vision into the company’s people strategy: (attracting, recruiting, induction, engagement, reward, retention, cultural development and talent development)
- Build talent department to support in realising the company's vision and people strategy
- Develop framework and support management team in the development, achievement, and evaluation of team members
- Identify, develop and implement innovative HR projects in order to improve employee engagement, organisational performance and support business strategic goals.
- Develop and implement a plan to build and embed our culture and values across the organisation.
- Analyse and use HR metrics and data to inform the Senior Management Team’s decisions.
- Work with senior management to plan talent development and growth for the future.
- Provide support, coaching, training and advice to managers and staff on all human resource issues.
- Develop an effective performance management system ensuring that organisational values are translated into measurable competencies, behaviours and objectives, and that appraisals are carried out accordingly.
- Develop and implement creative and meaningful learning and development initiatives for all staff.
- Develop and implement an integral staff well-being programme.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of HR business partner or generalist experience working in a fast paced environment
- Hold a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience with proof of HR related qualifications and experience in best practice.
- Experience in leading a People Operations or Human Resources team.
- Show an ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach
- Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English
