Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients by working within a retention and acquisition plan to build new relationships through a series of personal visits, meetings, events and follow up practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels according to company's strategy.
- Prepare needed materials related to business development activities including proposals, profile, videos, presentations.
- Establish strong and long-term partnerships with new and existing customers
- Continually improve the company’s partnership practice, grow its portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
- Assist in developing and implementing a partnership strategy
- Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact and incremental value.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned from Upper Management.
