Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients by working within a retention and acquisition plan to build new relationships through a series of personal visits, meetings, events and follow up practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels according to company's strategy.
Prepare needed materials related to business development activities including proposals, profile, videos, presentations.
Establish strong and long-term partnerships with new and existing customers
Continually improve the company’s partnership practice, grow its portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
Assist in developing and implementing a partnership strategy
Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact and incremental value.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned from Upper Management.
