Job Description

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients by working within a retention and acquisition plan to build new relationships through a series of personal visits, meetings, events and follow up practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels according to company's strategy.
  • Prepare needed materials related to business development activities including proposals, profile, videos, presentations.
  • Establish strong and long-term partnerships with new and existing customers
  • Continually improve the company’s partnership practice, grow its portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a partnership strategy
  • Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact and incremental value.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned from Upper Management.

  • Must Have Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Must Have Innovation & Problem Solving Skills that Includes the Ability to Develop & Propose Based Solutions For Clients.
  • Must Have Strong & Presentation Skills.
  • Must Have the Ability to Build Relationships.
  • Must be Fluent in English.
