Job Description

OD:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures
  • Creates & updates job analysis to identify job descriptions & job specifications.
  • Responsible for monitoring and developing a Performance Management System and align it with organizational goals.
  • Create and develop a Career path for Staff.
  • Create and develop Competency Models.
  • Create and develop Company KPI's System.
  • Develop ROI (Return on Investment) Plan & Succession Plan.
  • Create and develop Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Program.
  • Develop team-building programs to ensure integrity and consistency between various teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Recruitment 

  • Recruit, interview, and manage the hiring process for software developers engineers candidates for all open positions in Tempo’s Egypt office
  • Create new hire onboarding programs and conduct new hire orientation
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and source and screen candidates
  • Post ads, and conduct recruiter screens with qualified applicants
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews internally with
  • Gather interview feedback and communicate with candidates during the interview process
  • Outbound sourcing of in mails/emails to build a pipeline of strong candidates and optimize recruiting pipelines and report on pipeline health
  • Prepare and send the Job OffersRecruit, interview, and manage the hiring process for software developers engineers candidates for all open positions in Tempo’s Egypt office

Job Requirements

  • Males Only
  • Background Fashion / Retail is preferred
  • HR Diploma is a must.
  • Solid Experience in OD, Com & Ben and other functions is preferable.
  • Advanced Excel & Visio.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English skills.
