Responsibilities:
- Searching for the candidates using various search method
- Screening CVs, proceeding with HR interview with candidates
- Scheduling appointments between the candidates and managers
- Managing the timeline delivery of feedback after the interviews with the managers
- Managing E2E recruitment (strong cooperation with Hiring managers) for the assigned scope
- Entering and updating data in the recruitment systems
- Administration of the personal data
- Implementing new hiring tools
- Creating reports
Job Requirements
Qualifications we seek in you!
- Good English skills min. B2
- Previous experience in end to end Recruitment
- Willingness to take up recruitment on different countries in EMEA region
- Knowledge of Avature/ Taleo would be a strong asset
- Willingness to develop and improve the existing processes
- Ability to work under time pressure
