Job Description

  • Create and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and process payroll, ensuring all calculations and distributions are correct.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
  • Direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage and respond to email communications efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience in payroll management, including creating and processing payroll accurately and efficiently. 
  • Skilled in invoicing, with a track record of creating and managing invoices.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision, showing initiative and self-direction.

Skills: 

  • Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to manage data and perform complex functions.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in various software and systems
  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic work settings.
