Job Description

A company located in Sheikh Zayed is seeking an personal assistant who will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Board Member. Assistant to manage the office and ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, can maintain complex schedules and manage an office in an effective and efficient manner. Along with promoting corporate image by representing the Board Member both internally and externally, assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

As a PA, you'll need to:

  • Analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Research and creates presentations
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Create reports and presentations which reflect the business progress
  • Assist key executives in making the decision by advising them of historical precedents
  • Provide administrative support for the office of the Board Member
  • Follow up the implementation of Board Member decisions and directions
  • Prioritize and ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly
  • Perform any other duties upon request

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English, German/French is a plus
  • Proven assistant experience for at least 5 years
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Profiles without a picture will be disregarded
