Corporate Travel / Holidays Agents

We are looking for a Corporate Travel / Holidays Executive You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). 

• Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and arranging transportation to and from the airport, and booking hotels, Visa etc.
• Will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). 
• Creating booking and advise the customer through our different concepts and ensure high quality service, giving to customers.
• Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages.
• Planning tour packages, excursions, and day trips. 
• Maintain relationships with key persons
• Keep financial statements and documents
• Ensuring all Documents Cash / Vouchers / Tickets. 
• Liaise with Accounts Dept. regarding refunds / reissue authority etc.
• Work well under pressure and quickly respond to customer issues. resolve customer complaints and process refunds and credits when needed.
