Job Description
- Prepare employee evaluations under probation according to the due dates and Guide the HRBP with the date and follow up.
- Responsible for reviewing the attendance and leaves statements for the department to issue salary reports
- Ensure that the hiring documents are similar to the labor law and job requirements as per the job category.
- Responsible for reviewing all the HR reports related to monthly salaries and wages (statement of attendance and leaves, statement of new hires, statement of resignations, etc.).
- Apply the system of annual and emergency leaves coordinating with other departments to plan and approve, as well as organizing and supervising sick leaves with the medical services department.
- Calculate the approved amount of overtime and bonuses as per the company policy
- Handle the Medical Insurance, Including the Dealing with the company and claims
- Handle the labor offices payment, including (Insurance, labor office) including 1% for labor office
- Make sure that the company is safe from outside.
Job Requirements
- Adequate knowledge of Labor Law.
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent Command in MS. Excel is a must.
