Job Description
- Ensure legal compliance of the new hires according to the relevant policies.
- Ensure that work contracts are renewed or terminated on time.
- Overseeing end-of-service procedures and reviewing the financial settlement.
- Prepare financial claims for social security and labor office on time.
- Supervise monthly attendance transactions of all sectors on time.
- Maintain the updating of employee database.
- Ensure that employee files are archived in an organized manner.
Job Requirements
- HR Experience 5 - 7 years (at least 1 year as supervisor or section head)
- Excellent Command in MS. Excel is a must.
- Experienced in using ERP system
- Full knowledge of labor law & employee relations procedures.
- Full knowledge of social & medical insurance law.
- Good/Very Good command in English language.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
