Job Summary :
this role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for engineering and manufacturing projects. This role interfaces with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary items to support production and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze bills of materials, drawings, and engineering specifications to identify procurement requirements
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors to find the best fit in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts and purchasing agreements to obtain favorable pricing, lead times, and terms
- Monitor and expedite procurement activities to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies with procured items
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to optimize the procurement process and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions, supply chain trends, and new technologies/products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Supply chain diploma is highly preferred.
- Experience +4 years in Procurement preferred in Multinational corporations.
- Excellent user of MS office and data analysis skills.
- very Good up to excellent Analytics skills using MS office , Power BI …etc
- Minimum English level very good
