Job Description
Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Providing leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the multi-channel marketing strategy.
Establishing and implementing short- and long-range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the company; evaluating program effectiveness and effecting changes required for improvement.
Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Responsible for generating new business leads.
Responsible for increasing brand awareness, brand affinity, brand loyalty and market share.
Creating, maintaining, and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insights (customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices) for future campaign development and strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Managing and negotiating with third-party agencies and vendors.
Overseeing and approving all marketing material.
Establishing and maintaining a staffing structure to support the organization's marketing efforts; overseeing a team of marketing support staff, including performance evaluation, training and motivation, and direct participation in personnel actions.
Developing and managing annual marketing budgets, regularly monitoring expenditures; preparing summary assessments and reports.
Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Job Requirements
7-10 years of experience in a related field
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
Masters degree a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
