Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of PVC pipes production, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Manage and supervise the production team, including operators and supervisors.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and manage product inspections.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery and equipment.
- Control and optimize production costs, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
- Ensure inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in production processes.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and labor laws.
- Report regularly to senior management on factory performance, issues, and progress.
- Lead staff training, development, and performance management programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and external vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in PVC pipe or plastic production.
- Strong understanding of PVC pipe production processes and extrusion technology.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing production teams.
- Experience with quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues..
