Job Description
- Experience in the implementation of works (concrete-finishes).
- Experience in dealing with subcontractors.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and others)
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer
- AutoCAD, Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation.
- Strong Finishing background with eye to details.
- Previous experience in supervising industrial projects, concrete and finishings buildings.
- Residents of Nasr City, Fifth Settlement and nearby areas.
