Job Description

  • Responsible for developing a short-term strategy to ensure that the alignment with client requirements and is delivering customer focused solutions.
  • Build a good relationship with the clients and keep in contact with them during all communication channels (Email, Phone calls, meetings, …etc.)
  • Develop plans to proactively manage technical account issues, to exceed customer expectations.
  • Communicates with Call Center focal point the business / operational results on the project level.
  • Conducts regular meetings with client aside with SD Manager to present and review business results.
  • Documenting the minutes of meeting defining the actions required owners & milestones.
  • Sending a weekly status report updating the focal point with the progress of the actions required.
  • Conducting a QBR with the client inviting the top management from both sides to align the strategy of the client 
  • Follow up on client complaints to make sure that it is solved on time and interfere in case of any delay and make sure that the corrective actions have been taken
  • Communicating any requested changes in the agreed process and measuring its impact both financial & operational.
  • Acts on negative feedback received from the quarterly client satisfaction survey to ensure better results for the following quarter aside with SD Manager.
  • Transform the focal point feedback to action aiming at improving the level of satisfaction of the client.
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Issuing the monthly invoices for the client 
  • Follow up the invoices’ collection to make sure that the invoices are paid within the agreed duration
  • Follow up the financials of the account to make sure that the account is achieving the expected profitability
  • Handling contracts’ renewal, get the approvals internal and external on the renewal conditions to get the signed renewal on time based on the contract related clause

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of Experience
  • Bachelor Degree
