Job Description
- Expand the market for the responsible products, search for customer leads through various channels, and complete customer development.
- Conduct data inquiries, market analysis, and reports as required for the development of sales work.
- Maintain existing customers and provide good customer service and customer relationships.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding various problems encountered during the order execution process.
- Follow up on sample preparation, feedback on customer receipt and sample test results.
- Provide quotations and collect customer feedback after quotation, seek business opportunities and facilitate orders.
- Draft contracts and urge customers to sign contracts, pay the advance payment and the balance.
- Complete the specified number of customer inquiries every day and have a thorough understanding of the company's product information.
Job Requirements
- Aged between 24 and 35, with a bachelor's degree or above.
- With more than 2 years of sales experience and the ability to effectively carry out customer development work.
- Proficient in using office software and common office communication and collaboration software.
- Have sales enthusiasm, be proactive, and possess excellent execution ability.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and keen market insight, be able to actively explore business opportunities, establish and strengthen relationships with customers, and obtain orders.
- Fluent in English is a must.
