Job Description
-Transportation is provided
-Update sales team daily reports regarding (sales records, team visits, cash collected, etc.) on daily bases.
- Prepare a weekly, monthly reports to the department manager when needed.
- Receive and validate sales team requests according to the company's standards.
- Support the sales team for proper inquires.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and agreements.
- Retain good working relations with existing stakeholders / partners.
- Understand and utilize all resources available to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience as a sales coordinator.
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office) especially excel.
• Good in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
