  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with overall brand goals.
  • Content Creation: Produce a wide variety of content types including blog posts, articles, social media posts, video scripts, infographics, and more.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content maintains a consistent tone, style, and messaging across platforms.
  • Multimedia Production: Work with designers, videographers, and photographers to create visually compelling content that supports written copy.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices to maximize the reach of content.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies to improve audience interaction and retention.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content supports wider business objectives.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior content creators, providing feedback and guidance to foster growth.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content creation, with a focus on digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content (written, video, social, etc.).
  • Expertise in SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience with multimedia editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in content marketing or copywriting for a tech or eCommerce company (preferred).
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms (preferred).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc (preferred).
