Sales Manager

The primary focus of this position is to manage insurance sales staff. Insurance is sold as a policy, purchased by businesses and individuals to minimize the financial consequences of unexpected situations.

There are three primary responsibilities of a person in this position:

• Managing staff, Training, and Selling insurance products to high-profile clients.

Duties:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales
• Maintain weekly pipeline report for tracking all sales leads to the management
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals and expectations
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within the specified time frame
• Tracks personal sales statistics and submits them to Management for period reviews
