Job Description
The primary focus of this position is to manage insurance sales staff. Insurance is sold as a policy, purchased by businesses and individuals to minimize the financial consequences of unexpected situations.
There are three primary responsibilities of a person in this position:
- Managing staff, Training, and Selling insurance products to high-profile clients.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales
- Maintain weekly pipeline report for tracking all sales leads to the management
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals and expectations
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within the specified time frame
- Tracks personal sales statistics and submits them to Management for period reviews
Job Requirements
- 3 years as a sales manager including a year in insurance company
- Age: 35 max
- Car owners
- Cairo or Giza residents
