Job Description
- Know how to create, design, selling and handling Travel packages inside/outside Egypt Specially honeymooners’ packages (Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, Maldives & Europe. etc.)
- Arranging domestic & outbound packages including accommodation, transportation; flight tickets, and sightseeing excursions.
- Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request.
- Visa Customer Support will be an advantage, Receiving all visa requests either from direct clients or internally from the outgoing department.
- Oversee all aspects of the visa service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Inform the client about all needed documents that should be provided, in addition to revising properly.
- Filling visa applications and booking appointments and interviews with different embassies
Job Requirements
- Excellent in English language speaking and writing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of outbound/domestic tourism
- Knowledge of key holidays and honeymoon destinations inside & outside Egypt.
- Very Good in Microsoft: Outlook and Office programs.
- Awareness of ticketing using Amadeus system Basic & Advanced will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills, and excellent customer focus attitude.
