Job Description

Job Scope
As a Customer Service Representative at Doveworth Limited, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide detailed information about Doveworth Limited’s services and projects.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service department.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Job Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
